Our Team
'My name is Georgie and I am the Manager, Head Trainer and Behavioural Therapist at the K9 Hub. My barking mad companions are Hank the Labradoodle and Nellie the Staffy X American Bulldog.

My biggest passion in life is Dogs. In 2009, I launched the Pet Nanny, a Dog Walking and Pet Care Business in Leeds. Over the years, our team of Nannies and I have looked after and trained hundreds of dogs. In 2015, we realised there was a massive need for a Doggy Day Care Centre in Leeds. The K9 Hub has always been a dream and finally the hard work has paid off!

I have studied with the ADTB, IABTC and ISCP. I am currently studying towards my Advanced Diploma in Canine Behaviour. I am an associated member of ICAN (International Companion Animal Network) and a certified learner with UK Rural Skills.

I have completed courses/workshops/certificates in Instructing Pet Dog Owners, Aggression, Canine First Aid , Dog Law (with Trevor Cooper), T-Touch and Agility. I have also attended seminars with some of the top dog behaviourists in the UK.

I have fostered, rehomed and worked alongside rescues helping dogs in need.

Every day, I feel blessed to work so closely with our four legged friends. I find nothing more satisfying and rewarding than working with a dog and their human!!'

'My name is Nicola. I work as a Canine Carer and Trainer at the Hub.
After realising my love for dogs was much more than just a hobby. I set out to study and dedicate my working life to dogs. I have completed a Canine Care Diploma with the BCCS and have attended various training courses including training, instructing and aggression with IMDT. I have also completed my Canine First Aid and CPR certificate with Rachel Bean.

I learn more every day at the Hub and can only say it is a total pleasure to look after all the dogs we have in our care. As an owner of a confident (and all be it biased opinion) beautiful Border Collie called Meg. I completely understand how much we all love our furry friends. Working alongside owners and their pooches everyday is so rewarding.
